Adult participants please turn is the Application And Release Form For Adults with this form.

 

Cross Country, Track, Off Season Track, and Athletic Conditioning will take place at the same time and location.  The workout routine will vary for the different programs.


Fees
Fees are for coaching provided at the practices and the meets. Cost for uniforms and meet fees are not included and are paid for separately.

There is 20% family discount when two or more minor siblings and/or parent/legal guardian are participating in events that are taking place during the same time frame. Some sibling who are not minors might qualify for the family discount, please discuss with the team administrator.

 

For students under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be at all practices and meets with the student or have made other arrangements that have been approved by the team administrator.


Please put the number of participants from each family who are participating in a particular event.

Uniform Top: $22.00
Uniform Shorts: $22.00
(If you have solid black shorts that are not faded, you can use them instead of purchasing the shorts.) To order a uniform, please go to Uniform Size Chart link to determine your size and provide that information and payment to one of the coaches or the team administrator.

Cross Country & Track Meet Fees: Approximately $10 to $20 per meet . Meets fees are due one week before the meet.
